Adriane Pope graduated from the Southern Institute of Pet Grooming and has been grooming since 1992. She has had a successful mobile grooming business for the last 27 years. Adriane and her husband Darrell also have a successful boarding kennel that opened in 2007. In the 1990s, she won group placements in Non Sporting Large and Non Sporting Small, several placements in Sporting and Terriers, and placements in mixed breeds. Adriane was a nominee for the Cardinal Crystal Award for Mobile Groomer of the Year. She was also nominated for Creative Groomer of the Year, two years in a row. In 2015, Adriane received the Barkleigh Honors Award for Most Spirited. Adriane began Creative Grooming in the late 1990s. Over the last 20 years, she has placed in multiple creative competitions. She calls creative her passion. Adriane was the first to win the title of World Champion Creative Groomer at World Dog in 2017. She also won Creative at Groom Expo in Hershey in 2017. Adriane was featured in the documentary “Well Groomed” that aired on HBO in December of 2019. She says this was the highlight of her life. Adriane has since retired from competing and has begun judging and teaching grooming seminars at grooming shows.

Chad Charmasson joins the team with more than 30 years of experience working with and fitting club lambs. Chad is a lamb industry expert, Weaver Leather clinician, and breeder. Chad and his wife Amy operate Charmasson Club Lambs in Hennessey, OK. When he is not leading clinics, he can be found judging various shows around the country. Chad has a passion for teaching and enjoys helping youth be successfulamong educational opportunities throughout the United States.

Chuck McCullough started his professional career clipping cattle in 1990 and founded McCullough Fitting Clinics in 2003. Now McCullough travels all over the United States teaching individuals how to clip, fit, and show cattle. With over 2 decades of experience in clipping cattle, McCullough has been nominated for the “Best of the Barns” award and has won countless championship titles at the Iowa State Fair and Junior Nationals. McCullough’s knowledge and passion for teaching is best demonstrated through his students many of whom have gone on to become some of the industry’s top fitters, clippers, and showmen.

Danelle German currently serves as President and Certifier/Instructor of the National Cat Groomers Institute. Along with her husband, she is the inventor and patent holder of the Catty Shack Vac drying system. She is known not only for her exceptional skills as a feline-handler, but also for her awesome show-worthy grooming results developed over years of successfully competing in the show ring. Combined with her seemingly unlimited knowledge of the feline-species, her training proves time and time again to be the best that can be found.

Erin has been involved in the equine industry in many different capacities for more than 25 years. In 2016 she took the plunge and began Equine Detailing LLC, a professional body clipping service that now has 4 clippers serving horses up and down the east coast. Having spent years as a barn manager, Erin understands the importance of body clipping and works hard to always put out show quality, professional work and always with the welfare of the horse in mind.  She believes that grooming and clipping should be a positive experience for every horse.

Joe is the owner of Hite Dubois Cattle Company, Valley Center, Kansas raising and selling world class cattle. Joe also travels the US as a professional cattle fitter, expert judge and speaker. As a longstanding member, past president and board member of the Kansas Angus Association, Joe has a passion to share his knowledge and is dedicated to promoting Kansas Angus genetics and the development and popularity of Angus cattle in Kansas.

A 2nd generation groomer, Judi began bathing dogs at the age of 9. After attending Intergroom in1991 as a vendor selling dryers for the family business, she was drawn to become a professional groomer. Within a year she was in contest ring and quickly stepped to the challenges of competing. After 10 years of success in both the Creative and Breed Profile Styling competitions, Judi moved on to the next level in her career. Since 2000, she has hosted the Lone Star Groomer's Conference, served as Coordinator of Groom Team USA, and acted as a board member of the Groomers Emergency Assistance Fund. She was honored in both 2004 and 2005 with an invitation to participate in the Tournament of Champions. "I really feel like I came full circle after judging the Creative Styling Competition at Groom Texas in 2019, as Creative Styling is where my contest career started"

Judi owns a thriving mobile grooming business, serving the who's who of Houston Texas. Since becoming an Elite Team member she has traveled from coast to coast as a well known speaker within the industry. Passionate about working with young groomers, she loves to teach and empower others through the craft of grooming.

Lisa Leady is a third-generation groomer and owner of Primp My Pooch Dog and Cat Salon, based in Genoa, IL. She was a member of Groom Team USA and was the #2 ranked competitive groomer in the country in 2006 and 2007. Lisa has received numerous awards over her 30-year grooming career; among them was the very first Grooming Contest Judge of the Year, and several Cardinal Crystal awards, including the David Salzberg Award, the Grooming Contest Judge of the Year Award and the Congeniality Award. Lisa and her husband raise and show Smooth Fox Terriers under the kennel name, “Pinnacle,” and she was the runner up on Season 2 of Animal Planet’s reality competition show, “Groomer Has It.”

Liv Gude started her grooming career in 2006 with Olympian Guenter Seidel. After years of grooming for top riders, Liv wanted to share her on-the-job knowledge with horse owners everywhere. The website proequinegrooms.com was launched as an online resource providing information about grooming, horse care, barn management, and employment in the horse industry. Liv’s grooming philosophy is one of supporting a horse’s health and comfort first.

Sam Silvers is I am an Area Sales Manger for BioZyme Inc. And cover Texas and New Mexico. I am the owner and operator of Silvers Livestock. We run 150 hampshire influenced ewes geared towards the show industry. Graduated from Texas Tech University and my Masters degree from Texas A&M University kingsville. Married to Jurahee Silvers and have 2 kids Shepherd (8) and Staten (6) who both love the show lamb industry as well!

Suesan Watson is a third-generation, professional groomer, whose dynamic career stretches over 40 years. Suesan began grooming competitively in 1995 and has received many awards such as the “2003 Groomer of the Year” award and the only recipient of three consecutive “Cardinal Crystal Grooming Achievement Awards for American Groomer of the Year.” In addition, Suesan has been nominated multiple times for “Cardinal Grooming Contest Judge of the Year” and Cardinal “Congeniality” awards.

Sue Zecco is a member of the National Dog Groomer Association of America and an IPG Certified Master Groomer. Tracy believes it is a true honor to give back through education to the industry that has given him so much.

Jacque Opp was born and raised in North Dakota. Jacque has been an avid animal lover her entire life and started her grooming career in 2006. She quickly moved to managing a busy salon with more than 9 employees, and in 2012 she opened her own mobile grooming salon in North Dakota, serving 9 small towns. Jacque earned her CFMG (Certified Feline Master Groomer) title in 2017, and, at that point, she limited her grooming areas to 2 towns. She became a cat grooming extraordinaire and is a Certifier for the National Cat Groomers Institute. In 2018 Jacque joined the Wahl Animal USA Ambassador team. She takes great pride in showing other groomers how to work smarter, not harder with their tools and cat grooming goals. She also loves spending time with her young children and amazing husband, along with her doodle and beautiful Maine Coon.

To say horses are Jaimie’s life would be an understatement! Jaimie has been an equine groom since age 18 when she was a working student for a high-end hunter-jumper barn. There she learned the necessities of perfection with body clipping, braiding, and overall turnout.

Now running her own business, Body Clipping by Jaimie, she enjoys clipping and braiding for all disciplines from hunters to working cow horses and everything between. Jaimie works as an equine vet tech during the week and is her local dressage chapter president. You will never see her without a set of Wahl KM10s in her hand!

Kristen Abano, a Professional Equine Groom and Clipping Specialist is the owner and founder of Centerline Equine Clipping in the south Florida area. In addition to clipping, she also works privately as an FEI Dressage Groom in the heart of the horse-world, Wellington, Florida. Kristen has been an avid equestrian for the greater part of 20+ years, is a former equine veterinary technician and has two horses of her own.

Offering a wide variety of grooming services, it doesn’t stop at just clipping. Kristen offers many unique services to fit the needs of each individual client and horse. Her end goal is to bring out the absolute best in every horse she works with.

McGuire Insley is a 4th generation farmer and 1st generation Hereford Show cattle producer. McGuire and his grandparents run McMarlon Farm in Belmont, New York where he shows cattle throughout the country but mainly in the Northeast and clips and fits for people throughout the country

In 2014, she became certified for the National Cat Groomers Institute where she helps educate and train other groomers working towards their formal certifications. At A Touch of Class Pet Grooming, her thriving grooming business, she boasts a large feline clientele. Melissa enjoys competing in grooming competitions with her champion standard poodles and has achieved success showing her Persian – who earned a premiership in only 3 days through the Cat Fanciers Association. Melissa educates at Barkleigh seminars and speaks on cat grooming related topics throughout the country. As an educator, Melissa provides private instruction in her salon to groomers from all over North America. In her free time, Melissa enjoys volunteering at her local kennel club and fishing with her husband.

Milena started off in graphic design and direct sales before realizing that she wanted to do more with animals. So, she went into grooming in 2013. She is now the owner of Driving Me Knots (Mobile Grooming), DMK Bowtique (Pet Accessories), and DMK Marketing Solutions (Custom Graphic Designs). She started competing in Extreme Creative Styling & Creative Abstract grooming contests in 2015, and won Up-and-Coming Creative Groomer that same year. Her creative work has also been seen on "The Greatest Showman" with Hugh Jackman and "Orange is the New Black" on Netflix. She was awarded the Barkleigh Honors Creative Groomer of the Year in 2018.

Horses are in Morgan’s blood – and that’s more than a turn of phrase. Ancestor Squire George Osbaldeston was Master of the Quorn Hunt in England and was in the Guinness Book of World Records for distance riding. For years, Morgan was called on by her horse friends to clip horses. With experience clipping since 15 and becoming a “go-to” for those in her boarding barn, she turned her passion into a profession.  In 2012, she established her company CLIPclop – an equine clipping service. Her first outside client was in response to a post on the internet forum, Chronicle of the Horse. CLIPclop began as a part-time, seasonal gig to keep her connected to her horse show friends during a period where she wasn’t competing. Clipping now consumes just as much time as her fulltime corporate job in Marketing.

Morgan has three horses of her own, Preston, Timi, and Wells. She competes on the Georgia Hunter Jumper Association circuit.

Whitney Bullock, CFMG (Certified Feline Master Groomer) is Charleston, SC  native and beach bum who chose to follow her passion (CATS!), and create her own business around them! She recently won a local award for best cat groomer, as well as best local pet Instagram! She resides with four cats of her own.

When she’s not grooming cats she loves to spend time at Disney with her husband and son!
