  2. Hi I sent my cordless seniors I purchased, at the Chicago ABS show, because they were faulty and I have yet to hear back from anyone . Can somebody please check on them I loved them the few days I had them and am scared I won’t get a mine or a new pair back?

  3. I called Sally and they didn’t have it. ????

I would encourage you to check out the list of distributors. Many of them have the product available online such as Atlanta Barber Supply, Williamsport, and Capelli.

Please give us a call at 1-800-776-9245 and we will take care of you.

  6. Can you check which of your distributor still have the item in stock.. the ones I called doesn’t have it ..

  7. What makes it a “limited edition”? Does that mean you will stop selling them soon in the USA market?

  8. Author

They will not be available for sale in the USA after this initial run is sent out.

  9. Bought a pair online last Friday via Atlanta Barber’ and Beauty supply. Haven’t heard back about the status of my order so I contacted them and was informed that they had sold out but that they anticipate that they will receive more. Is this actually true? If you know anything. I was really looking forward to this brand new clipper.

  10. Hey why don’t the clippers in the US come with the premium guards? I just purchased mine from Sallys and they came with the regular guards.

We do not sell (or advertise) any clippers in the USA that come with Premium Cutting Guides.

  12. Wait…why is it only going to be a limited run in the US? The demand for these has to be off the charts.

  13. This is a difficult product to find… are they still available in the market?… I called some off your biggest retailers…. not available.

  14. Why will they not be available in the U.S after this initial run?

    Hi Laur,

Who have you contacted? We can try and connect you with some suppliers that may still have these in stock.

Probably to reduce the cost. It is not like the guards are free yet all the people asking this question (I’ve seen it asked lots of places eg youtube) don’t seem to realise that. Would you rather pay an extra $30 or so for your cordless senior? The cordless senior is way lower priced in the USA than other markets that have some or all of the premium guards included. So count your blessings. Use the big savings you got to buy the premium guards separately if you like.

Another benefit – if the premium guards were included (at a higher price) and you wanted to use two cordless seniors to alternate between them (use one and charge the other), you would have paid twice for the premium guards when you only use one set.

Feel sorry for the guys in the UK who are paying for all the premium guards with their cordless senior – it costs the equivalent of US$200 over there. If they buy two – ouch.

    Happy now?
